We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided by you. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. You are responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees associated with your payment method.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions to your schedule.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer a warranty on our concrete installations. The specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, extreme weather events, or lack of maintenance.

To maintain your warranty, you must follow the care and maintenance instructions we provide. Regular sealing and proper drainage maintenance are your responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project at any time before work begins by providing written notice. If work has already started, you will be responsible for materials purchased and work completed up to the cancellation date.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled start date.

Liability and Insurance

FreshStart Wichita Falls Concrete carries full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed. You are responsible for ensuring all utilities are located before work begins.

Our liability is limited to the cost of repairs or replacement of defective work. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Property Access

By hiring us, you grant us access to your property during business hours to complete the work. You are responsible for securing pets and removing any obstacles that may interfere with our work. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to your property.

Permits and Regulations

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in your estimate. You are responsible for complying with any homeowners association rules or local ordinances related to your project.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
